I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The bot only collects Guild IDs, Guild Names, and Channel IDs and User IDs and Usernames.
II. WHAT IS THE COLLECTED INFO USED FOR?
The info that the bot collects is used for the Global Leveling System(Rank Command, Leaderboard Command). It is also used for the Non-Global Economy System(Daily, Weekly, Gamble, Transfer, Balance Commands, Beta Version Shop System). In the future User IDs and Guild IDs will be used for the Non-Global Warning System used for Moderation. The bot uses Guild IDs and Channel IDs for the Welcoming System. We also use you User Id's for database storage. That means the bot can look you your ID in a database to know if you can use a command. Guild ID's are also used as database file names. This ensures the bot can easily look for your server and configure the db to your need.
III. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We protect your info by not allowing anyone to access your info except the Developer. We also store in a Database that is quite hard to navigate. All code is also private.
IV. WHO CAN ACCESS THIS DATA?
On the terms of access, only KNOX#3039 and GD Tom#0001 can access all the data collected.
V. CAN I HAVE MY DATA REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM?
Yes. If you want your data removed from the database please join the support server and send a DM to Utilis Management saying that you would like your data removed. Currently the system will only remove your data in the Economy System.
VI. WHO DO I TALK TO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE INFO THAT IS BEING COLLECTED?
Well you can join the support server and contact our staff by DMing Utilis Management, our modmail bot.
The Bot Dev, Co Dev, and Bot Admin reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such change. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check this privacy page for updates. If a significant change does occur please look for the highlighted text for said change. All changes to this Policy will be logged in the Support Server in the Policy Change channel.
